The Studio at Kaboodles is a light, modern and relaxing studio space, designed for professional teachers to run weekly classes and workshops for up to 8 students.

Yoga

Yoga is a spiritual, mental, and physical activity involving a range of stretches and positions that will help enhance your physical and mental state. Suitable for all ages, abilities and levels of experience, our yoga classes are friendly and relaxed.

Andy has practiced yoga for over 20 years, having qualified as a yoga teacher 10 years ago. He runs a friendly, relaxed class focussed on helping you develop in your practise of yoga.

Mindfulness and Meditation

In mindfulness practice, the focus of a person’s attention is opened to admit whatever enters. A stance of kindly curiosity allows the person to investigate whatever appears, without falling prey to automatic judgements or reactivity.

Instructor – Lynne Roberts
Lynne is a chartered physiotherapist and accredited mindfulness teacher.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. The term taiji refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang, related to the moves. Though originally conceived as a martial art, it is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons, promoting both physical and mental wellbeing.

Instructors – Vincent and Helen
Vincent and Helen are both experienced Tai Chi practitioners, and have taught for over 10 years.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga provides a gentle introduction to the practice of yoga and the most fundamental poses and provides ideal starting point for those looking to begin their exploration of Yoga. You’ll leave the class feeling calmer, looser and more relaxed.

Instructor – Emily
Emily took up yoga four years ago after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia which left her with mobility issues and anxiety.  By practicing yoga & mindfulness everyday she has turned her life around and can’t wait to share the practice with you. Emily aims is to provide a safe space for you to feel comfortable in your own body and mind and move in a way that feels natural to you and your ability.
